On July 19-20, 2024, GoYouth, the youth development program of Goducate Luzon, Inc., hosted an impactful camp that united 175 enthusiastic youths from diverse communities under the compelling theme "Gising Kabataan" (Youth Wake-Up). Far more than just a gathering, this event was a rallying cry for the younger generation to rise up, take action, and create meaningful change in their lives and communities.

The theme, "Gising Kabataan", resonated deeply with all participants, highlighting the urgent need for today’s youth to become aware of the realities they face. In a world fraught with challenges—ranging from social issues to personal struggles—this camp aimed to inspire and equip young people with the tools and motivation necessary to drive positive change.

Over the course of two dynamic days, the camp became a hub of energy and collaboration, thanks to the combined efforts of various Goducate platforms, including GoFeed, GoSport, and GoTeams. A special mention goes to the 30 Goducate Scholars who volunteered their time and energy, playing a vital role in making the event a success. This synergy ensured a well-rounded experience for participants, blending physical activities, educational sessions, and team-building exercises into a cohesive and empowering program.

The "Gising Kabataan" camp was a powerful reminder that youth have the potential to shape the future. With the right guidance and support, they can overcome any obstacle and make a lasting impact. This event was more than just a camp; it was the beginning of a movement—a wake-up call to every young person to take responsibility and be the change they want to see in the world.
