On February 17, 2024, GoTeams PH (Goducate Teambuilding) hosted the GoScholar Teambuilding Training, in line with our mission to equip scholars for their future careers. Established in 2013 at Camp Goducate, San Miguel, Iloilo, GoTeams PH is a team-building program designed to help companies build their teams. Specializing in creating memorable and impactful team-building experiences, our mission is to foster a sustainable community of empowered company employees across the Philippines and beyond through team building and workplace mentoring.
The full-day GoScholar Teambuilding Training was attended by 10 Goducate scholars. This session focused on enhancing vital skills such as leadership, effective communication, and teamwork. During the training, scholars participated in hands-on activities to facilitate team-building exercises, fostering collaboration, and honing essential leadership qualities. These skills not only benefit their academic pursuits but also lay a strong foundation for future professional endeavors.
The training included practical exercises emphasizing teamwork, leadership, and effective communication. The immersive nature of these activities ensures that scholars can apply these skills in real-world scenarios, enhancing their personal and professional development.
Moreover, the training prepares scholars to transition into facilitators for future GoTeams PH events. By doing so, scholars can earn a valuable income stream by serving as manpower for corporate and client events through GoTeams PH. This provides financial support while they pursue their aspirations and offers them practical experience in leadership and event management.
The GoScholar Teambuilding Training is designed as a one-time event, with the possibility of being repeated as needed to train more facilitators for team-building events. This approach ensures that a sufficient number of skilled facilitators are available to meet the demands of GoTeams PH's corporate and client events, empowering more scholars to reach new heights and excel in their journey to success.
